About Sarah

Sarah has always had a love for both theatre and fashion and has always had a keen eye for costume. She realised that her passions came together within the career of costume making and aspired to expand upon her making skills. She completed a Diploma of Costume for Performance and a Diploma of Live Production Design at The Adelaide College of the Arts. Sarah also spent a year volunteering at an Independent Theatre Company in Adelaide while also working as a costume assistant at TAFE South Australia.

Sarah spent three years at NIDA honing her cutting, making and finishing skills with particular focus on Tailoring and History of Fashion. She completed a secondment to Cosprop in London in early 2020 and found this experience to be rewarding and
insightful to her future aspirations.

Sarah aspires to work in both film and theatre, in a range of positions but with a particular focus on workroom roles. She endeavors to work within international landscapes and expand upon her career as a costume maker and tailor.
