Samuel St. Aubyn is a graduate of National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) with an Associate Diploma in Production Crafts – Costume. Since graduating from NIDA, Samuel has worked as a Costume Cutter/Patternmaker on theatre and film productions, a Department Supervisor – Ladies Costume, and a Costume Designer. He has worked for companies including Lucas Film, Opera Australia, Anthony Phillips Costume, Sydney Costume Workshop, and The Bell Shakespeare Company.
Samuel’s production credits include Star Wars Episode 3 – Revenge of the Sith, Phantom of the Opera, West Side Story, My Fair Lady – 60th Anniversary Production, International productions of Moulin Rouge – The Musical, Hamilton, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, and more than 30 operas. He has also worked as Couture Fashion Pattern maker and workroom manager for Alex Perry.
Samuel is a jeweller and designer of his own jewellery and accessories label – Sam St.Aubyn.
