Sally Foster

Sally Foster is currently Curator Prints and Drawings at the University Melbourne. She has worked in major state and federal government art galleries since 2010. She was previously Curator, International Prints, Drawing and Illustrated Books at the National Gallery of Australia (NGA) in Canberra and has additionally held curatorial positions at the Art Gallery of South Australia in Adelaide and the Queensland Art Gallery/ Gallery of Modern Art in Brisbane. Sally relishes being part of a generation who has the ability to engage in new, complex and nuanced ways of representing history in the national and international context.
