Leon Walshe is an actor, writer, composer, and director.
Born in Melbourne and raised in a loud and vibrant French-speaking Mauritian household, Leon pioneered the art of merging song, dance, black-belt karate skills and senseless yelling in illustrious performances for his less-than-enthusiastic family. Whilst procrastinating from his studies, Leon performed in high school productions, local theatre musicals, won national acapella competitions and ate way too many curry-filled parathas.
In 2021, Leon completed his Diploma of Musical Theatre at WAAPA, where he developed (wrote lyrics, book and music) for a range of new works alongside refining his craft.
Leon recently played the energetic, tenacious and thoughtful Connor Keaney in the critically acclaimed sold out Sydney premiere of ‘ALL BOYS’ at KXT.
