Zimbabwean Australian, Bon Bon moved to Australia at the age of two. She was raised by strict African parents who gave her the career options of being either a doctor or a lawyer.
Being the youngest of three, she managed to get away with pursuing acting. Her love for acting started at the age of four when she was selected to be a child actor on The Wiggles – singing, dancing, acting, telling jokes and much more. She spent the next seven years on set – with her parents making sure she went to school after filming, even if it was for just an hour!
At school, Bon Bon played the trumpet for 4 years, and was part of the school band. Participating in high school plays, Bon Bon realised she was not just an actor, but a storyteller as well and is passionate to be a part of diverse storytelling that changes the industry.
