NIDA goes Wired for Wonder

NIDA Theatres welcomed about 700 guests to our state-of-the-art venues for the 2016 Wired for Wonder conference – an experience designed to bring together seemingly unrelated concepts. NIDA Corporate curated their own session on connecting effortlessly.

Last month, NIDA Theatres welcomed about 700 guests to our state-of-the-art venues for the 2016 Wired for Wonder conference – an experience designed to bring together seemingly unrelated concepts of business, technology, life, science and the arts.

For the second year in a row, NIDA Corporate curated their own a session for the conference. This year’s session was all about connecting effortlessly – attendees investigated techniques to network with confidence, to maximise their impact and increase opportunity through authentic connections. Activities included: identifying body language that contributes to communication and considering improvisation techniques to stay present and respond effectively.

Other speakers included Hindu priest, Dandapani; Biomedical engineer, Dr. Jordan Nguyen; Rare Bird founder, Jo Burston; healing coach, JP Sears; parenting speaker, author, and researcher, Dr Justin Coulson; and LGBT community advocate, JoAnna Ferrari.

Here are a few images from the conference.
