Giulia Zanardo

Giulia Zanardo is a final year BFA (Costume) student who has gained a wealth of experience in pattern making, fitting and construction, as well as millinery, corsetry and art finishing. Giulia’s keen interest in historical clothing has benefited her in the construction of costumes from the last two centuries. Giulia is passionate about bringing the costumes and headwear of the past to life once again.

The busy and demanding role of costume supervisor in the production season has been a rewarding one for Giulia. She enjoys the collaborative process of working with other costume students, as well as her peers from other disciplines. She considers herself to be versatile, punctual and creative in the costuming work and management skills that bring productions to life. Giulia enjoys the process of innovation needed to adapt costumes to withstand the rigours of the staged production.
