In recognition of National Reconciliation Week 2023, NIDA hosted an informative and important conversation between NIDA’s First Nations Consultant Rhoda Roberts AO and Karen Mundine CEO of Reconciliation Australia for all students and staff in the Parade Theatre.

In keeping with National Reconciliation Week’s theme, ‘Be a Voice for Generations’ these reputable powerhouses shared perspectives on the Voice to Parliament referendum; a proposed constitutional amendment that would establish an Indigenous voice to the Australian Parliament and discussed their experiences on reconciliation more broadly.
