NIDA congratulates our winning alumni at the 60th AACTA Awards in Sydney which recognise excellence in the film and television industry.

Kate Box (Acting, 2003) won the AACTA Award for Best Leading Actress in a Television Drama for her role in Riot for the ABC.

Belinda Chayko (Playwrights, 1985) won the AACTA Award for Best Screenplay in Television for Safe Harbour Episode 1 on SBS.

Edie Kurzer (Design, 1978) won the AACTA Award for Best Costume Design in Television for Picnic at Hanging Rock, Foxtel/Showcase/Fremantle Media Australia.
